ALP’S TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

1 Introduction

This ALP’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provide you with what you need to know before using the Service, and described the policies and procedures of Ally Logistic Property Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on the collection, use and disclosure of Your Personal Data when You use the OMEGA Visitor App (“Service”) and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

2 Your Acknowledgement and Consent

2.1 We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection, use and storage of Your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy.

2.2 By using the Service, You also agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

3 Collection of Your Personal Data

3.1 In order for You to use the Service, You will be required to sign up an account with Us, whereby We will require you to provide the following Personal Data to Us:

3.1.1 Your name; and

3.1.2 Your phone number.

3.2 While using the Service, We will ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You, which may include, but is not limited to:

3.2.1 Your name;

3.2.2 Phone number; and

3.2.3 Company that You work for.

3.3 When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect the following usage-specific data automatically:

3.3.2 information regarding your location, such as GPS or other navigation system used to identify Your location;

3.3.3 type of mobile device You use;

3.3.4 Your mobile device unique ID;

3.3.5 IP address of Your mobile device;

3.3.7 other diagnostic data.

4 Use of Your Personal Data

4.1 Your Personal Data will only be used by Us for the following purposes:
4.1.1 to provide, maintain and improve the Service;
4.1.2 to manage Your registration as a user of the Services;
4.1.3 to contact You;
4.1.4 to manage and attend to Your request, such as deletion of Your registration upon Your request; and
4.1.5 to perform data analysis and to evaluate and improve Our Service and Your user experience, and such analysis and evaluation will be performed in aggregate only and never applied to individual user.

5 Storage and Deletion of Your Personal Data

5.1 We will store Your Personal Data in accordance with Our business name and the applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 You have the right to request Us to delete Your Personal Data. If You want Us to delete Your Personal Data, You may do so by deleting Your user account.

5.3 When You delete Your user account, we follow a data deletion process to ensure that Your Personal Data is removed from Our systems and archives completely. Despite that, there may be delays between when You delete Your user account and when the copies of Your Personal Data are deleted from Our systems and archives because of Our active and backup system.

6 Your Obligations

6.1 We reserve the right to deny Your access to some or all of the Service if You provide inaccurate or false information.

7.1 Our Service is equipped with firewalls, anti-virus systems and other necessary data security measures.

7.2 We employ the stringent data protection measures to ensure Your Personal Data is adequately secured.

11.2 Any updates or changes to this Policy will become effective as soon as such updates or changes are posted or announced on Our official website and the downloading page of the Service. We will not notify Our registered users individually of the said changes and updates.

11.4 You are taken to have consented to and accepted the updates and changes to this Policy if You continue to use the Service after the effectiveness of such updates and changes.
